I have to reduce a part of the scribe to make a nicer fit.
Can I seclect a part with several images and text elements as a total and then reduce it at once? Or enlarge it? That's the same question.

You can select multiple images and manipulate all of the at once by holding the Ctrl key on a PC or the Cmd key on a Mac and clicking on the elements. You can then rotate and scale these items all at the same time.
