This looks to me as though you took a screen shot and saved it as an SVG. This isn't enough. For VideoScribe to properly draw an object, there have to be "lines" that are part of the image that it can draw around. Here's a YouTube video that I have showing how do to it.

The png you attached does not provide enough information.
Calvin's reply may answer all of your questions, but if it doesn't, then attach your SVG to other users or support can look at it.
Also make sure hat you don't just have another image with a white background overlapping the part that is "missing"
The SVG file is being cut off when I bring it into the software. Any way to correct this?
