I was wondering whether (and how) it would be possible to use different background images for different scenes in my scribe.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You can import an image such as a JPG or PNG, expand, have it as the first element in the timeline and lay other elements over the top. After this section of the scribe, have another image and expand it and lay more images over the top.
