Dotted lines load as solid lines

Hi,

I'm working in Inkscape and making SVGs with dotted lines. Once I load these into VideoScribe the dotted lines become solid lines. Is there a setting I can change to make the dotted lines appear in VideoScribe?

I've uploaded an example file for reference.
