Videoscribe 2.2 not opening up

    I downloaded VideoScribe 2.2 but it is not opening up. It stops at 'Loding terms.....' 

    I have Window 8.1

    Sorry that you have this issue. Does this error message occur after you have logged in to VideoScribe? Are you able to take a screenshot of the error?
