i can not see the perimeter of the board, it is all white or color i choose.

That is correct there are no specific boarders for VideoScribe.
The canvas is virtually unlimited
Are you looking to have a border for a specific reason?

I wanted to put a picture out from the edges, not to see the background color.

If you want your image to be large enough to cover the whole visible canvas, you either need to 1) scale the size of the image larger or 2) zoom the camera in closer
After doing either of those things, then you need to click the "set camera" icon so videoscribe will remember the camera position for that image.
