Hi, sometimes keyboard keys work and sometimes they don't. Sometimes I can move an object with arrows or delete an object with the delete key; and other times not. Any ideas as to what might be wrong? Thanks!

Hi Craig,
Do you notice if this happens on all scribes or just one or two in particular?
If you notice that this is happening on a particular scribe please save that scribe to your online directory (cloud icon), let us know the name and we can take a look for you. It may be that there is a particular element on that scribe that is causing the issue.
Do you notice anything in particular that you are doing when this issue occurs?
Does restarting VideoScribe resolve this temporarily and does the issue come back again? Also, please try updating Adobe Air and restarting your computer following this.
