Hi Astrid.
Sorry you are having issues connecting to our servers.
We have had a couple of minor network issues today which have been sporadic.
This has been logged and we apologise if this issue is related to the problems you are facing.
To be sure there are a few things you can try to ensure that the connection is fine at your end.
Please try power cycling your router - This means turning it off for 30 seconds and then restarting it.
Please save your current works and reboot your computer.
Please retry VideoScribe after doing this, if you still have problems after trying, please let us know.
