Hola
hice una presentación con la versión de prueba. ahora he pagado por un mes, pero sigo sin poder descargar a mi pc el archivo como archivo .mov o mp4 o como sea, pero un archivo que después pueda ser compatible con movie maker o power point. necesito incluir mi presentación de videoscribe en otra presentación. Ayuda por favor

Sorry you're having problems.
From my understanding you're unable to render your project to a video?
If so can you advise what is happening when you try? For example, is VideoScribe crashing during the process? Does the process end?
Are you getting any error messages?
Is this a problem with the file itself e.g. you can create a video from it but you're having issues using the file in other tools?
We can also take a look at the scribe, please
can you save a copy of it to your online/cloud
directory.
If you let us know the name of it and a description of the problem you are having and we can look into it for you.
