Hi, when my scribe zooms in and out the screen shakes quite a lot. When it zooms into text the text is very pixelated. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for your question.
With regards to pixelation of text, this can happen depending on how much you zoom in (the text fonts are in pixels).
Shaking should not happen and if it is, it can be caused by the use of extreme zooming on the scribe.
We
may need to look at this scribe.
If
you have not already, please can you save a copy of it to
your online/cloud
directory.
Once
you have done that, please
raise a support ticket and
let us know the name of the scribe with a description of the issue
and we can investigate it for you.
