Every time I try to unlock videos in the app version I gået the following message: "It's not permitted to buy in app" (Køb i app er ikke tilladt)....

Hi, (I do not have the app so I am only guessing about the problem.)
What does the exact English error message say underneath "Køb i app er ikke tilladt"? It looks like it might say "your purchase cannot be completed unless you login." or something similar.
Make sure you have an active internet connection.
Customer support may want to know what iOS you have on your iPad f you continue to have the problem.
