I have been trying to upload a 44 second recording onto VideoScribe... It only shows 17 seconds on VideoScribe and there is no sound although the MP3 file is perfectly fine.

Pam, can you attach the scribe file and seperate .mp3 file to this forum and I'll happily take a look. Alternatively if you would rather keep that personal scribe off of a public forum you can raise a support ticket and attach them there.
