The premium images that have to be paid for are not coming up in searches of keywords?

The red stripe images? They seem to be working correctly for me. What word are you searching for?
Be aware that if you have multiple pages of search results, you will have to click through the series of dots at the bottom of the window (not a very easily recognizable navigation control) to see all of the pages. Premium images are at the end of the search results by default.
A search for "car" returns multiple pages
A search for "pig" returns only one page of results
