Hi! I would like to ask for help because I have a work finished in video scribe but when I put this to watch before rendering I saw a white square in the middle of the texts, I don't know how to fix it or what is it, so if anyone can please help I would appreciate it a lot!
I will show you a picture so you can see how its like.
if you export your scribe as a .scribe file and attach it here, we can probably spot the problem. Or you can save it online and say the name of it here and ask customer support to look at it .
in videoscribe can you click on the white image to select it and delete it?
