You can click the RAISE A TICKET button to email a support request form to customer support.

Are we able to call you and solve an issue that is time sensitive or can we only talk to you through raising a ticket?
You should probably raise a ticket if you want to ask customer support abut a billing question.
Login to your account.click "ACCOUNT"
click "subscriptions and invoices"
click "cancel" to cancel your account if you haven't already done so.
click the PROFILE tab to edit your profile to remove any information that you want to remove.
You can't delete a free trial account.
It expires after 7 days.
If you have questions, raise a ticket with the support team to further assist.
