So I'm working in my video editor and I grab a freeze frame from the timeline. Save as a JPG. I want to import that as a PAPER... / background so it is a TRUE and exact 1920 x 1080. (No flicker) I simply want to add a text / handwriting over the top. Then export that as a video.
I'm SHOCKED... that this can't be done unless I'm missing something.
i.e the crappy suggestion that we import as an image and stretch it to fill canvas etc, etc with zero times.
