  • To use offline mode, you must first log in online with 'Remember Me' selected.


    I could not keep logging in, so I searched for it here, and as you suggested the solution, I checked 'Remember Me' and changed the settings in Internet Options, but I still can not log in. I want to solve it sincerely. Help.

    Hello all im interested in Videoscribe and i downloaded the free trial version and this is the message i get every time i try to log in and then i found Ms.Hayley Young (ADMIN) reply  ,
    If you have a free trial account, you can't use offline mode. 


    Kindly confirm that cuz with all due respect how do you expect me to buy a program that i cant even try ???

  • Go through the steps in the 'Offline Error' support article

  • Did anyone succeed in logging in ? I went through the steps in the online error support article. Several times and still nothing.
  • Did you try using a different internet connection- like a phone hotspot?

    Go through the article 'Version Error' as well. It usually will have to do with a privacy/ firewall or security setting.

    If the issue persists, raise a ticket and the support team will help
