money drawn after cancelling

I paid for a monthly plan on last 13th of March and then cancelled it and discoverd that you kept drawing money from my account twice and you didn't cancel the plan!!!! What should i do to get my money back and stop you from drawing money from my account !!!

I'll turn this forum into a support ticket so we can discuss the account in detail.

I have the same situation, the past 15th of May you drawn another payment from my account, after I think I have cancelled the subscription. Could you help me please?
