I recently purchased a license to use the VideoScribe program (not the
trial version). But during the work process it behaves slowly and freezing. The
actions made on it take a long time to process and the animation preview doesn’t
load normally. I also noticed that all this gets worse after a few hours of
use. Already tried to reinstall and even access from other machines, but the
same problem happens.
I found on Sparkol website some tips about minimum system requirements
for running VideoScribe on desktop and recent versions, but everything on my
notebook fits the established standards perfectly.
I wonder if this is common and what can I do to improve this problem?
