I am currently on a free trial testing videoscribe, and I have run into a bug. I was able to upload audio from audacity and edit my animations to match. About an hour into the editing process, videoscripe stopped playing any of the audio (background music still works, just not the audio). When I checked my audio settings, it is showing that there is sound but there is none (when I turn back on scribe music, it plays though).
Any help would be most appreciated. I have rebooted the program and deleted and restored audio file to no avail.

Hey Matthew- we can see you've raised a support ticket so will get back you via the ticket.
It might be worth attaching your audio file to the ticket as well so the support team can take a look.
