When I rendered the video, the hand got pixelate twice. It occurred to me before too. I guess it is a technical problem, but if not can you please guide me to solve it. I'm also attaching the screenshots for your reference.

I'd suggest that you raise a ticket to ask customer support about that.
But also, have you tried saving a different file type? maybe you just have a problematic codec installed.
