Restart your subscription

If you have cancelled your Sparkol subscription but want to sign up again you can (there is no need to create a new account).


Step 1. Sign in to your account using your previous account email and password (A).  

Step 2. Buy a new Sparkol subscription from our website. 

Choose to buy either a monthly, yearly or one-off subscription.

Step 3. Check your payment details then read the terms below.

Tick the boxes if you agree (A) then click on ‘PAY NOW’ to confirm payment (B).

Please note: You need to make sure that your current subscription has reached it's end date before you purchase a new one. If you try to restart whilst your current subscription is in date you will see an error message saying ‘It looks like you already have an active VideoScribe subscription’ (A).

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a reset link.

If you saved your scribes to the cloud (online) you can find them in the cloud folder of your project screen. If you saved them locally or to your base folder, you will need to be using the same computer. 

You might be using an older version of VideoScribe. Check your VideoScribe version number and Download and install VideoScribe – PC or Download and install VideoScribe - MAC to get the most updated version.
