View your BlueSnap invoice

A small number of customers will have an older subscription via the BlueSnap payment platform. Invoices for these subscriptions can be viewed on the BlueSnap website.

Step 1. On the Subscriptions and invoices page of your Sparkol account select ‘BlueSnap control panel’ link (A).

Step 2. You will be asked to re-confirm your account credentials as your payment details can be accessed from the next screen. 

Enter your email address (B) and password (C) then click ‘Log in to continue’ (D).

Step 3. Any invoices in the last 6 months will show in the recent charges section (E), click on the invoice number (F) to load the invoice

For payments that date back further than that please click on the Charges Report (G) link.

Step 4. Within the Charges Report you can select a date range (H) for the invoice you want to find and then click Run Report (I).

This will return invoices for that period and you can click on the invoice number (J) to load the invoice.
