This article gives a list of the currently available versions of VideoScribe and links to the release notes for all versions.
The latest version of VideoScribe is always available on the VideoScribe download page. You will need to log-in with your Sparkol account to access this page. The software upgrades are included in the cost of your subscription package.
A limited number of older versions of the software are also available under the previous versions section, near the bottom of the download page. If the version you need is not available please raise a support ticket and we can provide you with a download link.
Release notes for v3.4 of VideoScribe and above can be found in the VideoScribe versions and release notes folder of the help site. Prior to this version, they were published on the VideoScribe blog and links to the versions that are still supported can be found below:

VideoScribe versions no longer supported
Support for VideoScribe version 2.3.7 ended on 9th December 2019 - see this announcement for more details.
Support for VideoScribe versions 2.1 to 2.3.6 ended on 8th May 2018 - see this announcement for more details.
All versions of VideoScribe 1 and VideoScribe 2.0.x ceased being supported as of 30th September 2015 - see this announcement on the VideoScribe support forum.
If you are using an unsupported version you will need to upgrade to the latest version of VideoScribe or install one of the older versions still under support.
