Every customer can have one 7-day free trial with VideoScribe. After that has ended you will need to have an active subscription to login to the application.
When you login you are presented with the error message ‘You need a Sparkol PRO account to use VideoScribe. You can only take advantage of the trial once’
This error message will show because the account credentials you are using does not have any time left on its free trial and does not have an active subscription.
You will need to purchase a subscription package to continue to use VideoScribe and you can do this via https://www.videoscribe.co/Buy.
If you think you already have a subscription with us then that may be registered to another account. Please ensure you are logging in to VideoScribe using the same account that you used to make your purchase. If you are not sure which account you have subscribed with, you can login to the website with each of your accounts and the account page will show your subscription status.
If you cannot locate the correct account please raise a support ticket and we can help. If you have a copy of your invoice please include that in the ticket. If not, then the following information will help us link your payment through to the correct account:
- The amount and date of the charge
- The billing address on the account
- Depending on how you paid, one of the below
- Card - The card type (VISA/Mastercard/AMEX), last 4 digits of the long card number and the cardholder name
- PayPal - The email address of the PayPal account used
